Sipho Manzini

The 24- Year old Sipho Manzini from Witbank, Mpumalanga is a student at the University of Johannesburg pursuing his National Diploma in Human Resource Management. He is the chairperson of the UJ Soweto Campus Student Chapter and holds the position of Presidency at the HRYC. Beyond all of whom Sipho Manzini is, He believes that “people are the driving force of organisations.” His beliefs led him to conclude that redefining the HR profession is of great importance in this generation and the corporate landscape. “We have been underestimated by other business departments to the people who just hire and fire, but at the core of who we are as a function, we hold the true essence of the organization in the palm of our hands and it is up to us as upcoming HR professionals to understand the value we bring to organizations.”
